We researched the web for people’s recommendations on hot products and hot gadgets. We cam up with a list of 10. The list is varied, at times quirky and might just give you an idea if you are looking to find a not product or a hot gadget.

He says that laptop mice are supposed to be smaller than average ones to save space in your bag, but do they have to be so small that a mouse could use one? I’d rather sacrifice a little extra room in my bag for a comfortable mouse, and Jasco offers a great compromise.

3.       Other hot products searched for from the Electronics category include digital picture frames, the Nintendo DS, Xbox 360 and Sony PSP.

 4.       Within the Toys and Hobbies category, the hot products searched for in a recent week were traditional favorites like Barbie, Build a Bear and Legos along with Transformers, Airsoft Guns and Hot Wheelz.

5.       The top searches from a custom category of 65 luxury retail websites included Uggs, Coach purses, Coach handbags and True Religion jeans.

6.       Small, wearable activity monitor and pedometer. Transmits your data to the Web, where you can track your activity and bring in friends to encourage you along. Fitbit was a runner-up for the top product launch at TechCrunch50.
